Regina Profile

Regina found the spark for entrepreneurship from the young age of seven while working side by side with her grandmother and her mother. She learnt how to be diligent and devoted to being the best at whatever she did. Though she is a trained nurse with practice experience in Africa, Europe, and Canada, Regina started her first home business selling African foods in 2000. Within 2 years, the business grew successfully leading to the launch of the first DeChosen store in Northeast Calgary. Today, DeChosen Foods has blossomed into the number one African market in Alberta.
